Document Retrieval
In order to keep your case on track, we offer document retrieval from the Toronto Office of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, and any court in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario and across Canada. Retrieval of documents is often in connection with a court case, and may require certification from the public official. The certified copies of the original documents affirms the document is a true, accurate, and complete reproduction of the original.
Some older court files are kept in the retention center, as the court house is unable to store all files on site. Therefore, we may be required to requisition and disburse monies prior to reviewing the court file, which will increase the time of retrieval. The time lines will vary at each court house, please contact our office for details.
